Flexographic Printed plastic bags, Pouches.

Swiss pack's India, Australia and New Zealand and canada facility compliments the Corporation's full-service capabilities by adding superior flexographic reproduction, adhesive laminating of film, paper and foil substrates and manufacturing of a large array of styles and sizes of bags and pouches using flexographic CI press. This division specializes in packaging for products that require demanding barrier, odor, moisture and structural properties along with offering award winning flexographic reproduction.

The Flexographic Printed pouches and flexographic laminated bags facility features both intermediate and wide web flexographic presses with lamination or coating capabilities. These presses are equipped with highly efficient VOC controls to handle solvent based inks and adhesives. Additional capabilities include 2- and 3-ply adhesive lamination of a full range of substrates, registered cold and heat seal coatings, breathable films and pattern applied anti-fog coatings along with modified atmosphere packaging technology. A Laminator was built to Swiss Pack's specifications to include dry bond (solvent less or solvent based) adhesive laminations.

The Preformed Products facility manufactures flexographic printed plastic bags and flexographic printed plastic pouches, adhesive laminated and coated structures utilizing flexographic printed methods. A wide range of structures are available for sensitive or hard to hold products.

Our extensive manufacturing line of flexo printed plastic bags include: heat sealed flexo printed plastic bags providing sift resistance, moisture, oxygen and grease protection, the larger format K-Seal multi-layer laminated bags that can hold up to 25 kgs . Special features offered with our bags include serrated edge, thumb notch, tin tie reclosure. We also offer a Stock Bag Program of unprinted bags in many sizes and several different structures. With a minimum requirement of few thousand pouches, this gives a cost effective solution to test marketing, sampling or start up companies.
